INTEGRATION - Savasana

 Hello Vital Beings 💖 WOW! How has it been TWO WEEKS since our retreat? What an amazing weekend that was! Thank you so much for trusting me to create this experience for you. I'm incredibly honored and grateful.  I apologize for my delay with this message. I have been thinking about you all and have wanted to connect over these past couple weeks. In yoga we call this Savasana. Our final resting pose is where we integrate and assimilate the work that we have done in our yoga practice. Allowing our mind, body, and spirit to process the physical work of our muscles, the mental obstacles we have overcome, and the energetic and spiritual shifts that take place in our practice. Retreat- Yoga Classes
