Retreat: Sound Bath

Hello Vital Beings 💓

I hope this finds you well. I have more wonderful news to share! There are so many amazing things that have lined up for our retreat, I'm so excited and so very grateful to share this news with you!! I have the opportunity and pleasure to introduce you to Liesl Dols!

I met Liesl through my dear friend, Sheila. I was hosting some friends at my home just over a month ago and I opened the invite to my friends to bring a friend if they wanted. Sheila brought Liesl, and I am so glad that she did. Liesl has such a cool vibe and she is so IN TUNE! Speaking of in tune, she brought her beautiful crystal sound bowls and offered to play them. What an amazing experience that was! If you have not had a sound bath, I am so excited to say that you will get to experience one at our retreat because... Liesl had offered a sound bath for our gathering!!

A little bit more about Liesl...

Meet Liesl Dols! Yes, her name comes from The Sound of Music, you’ll have to thank her mother for it 💞. She has been a cosmetologist for 13 years and a tattoo artist specializing in permanent makeup for almost 7 years. She has owned and operated her own Salon for 6 years. She finds joy in helping others bring out all their beauty. Liesl is happily married to her soulmate, Ben. They have been married for 10 years this year! and they have 3 absolutely wonderful kids together. Ages 8, 4, and 2. My husband also runs his own gym and is very invested in everything fitness, health, and nutrition.

Liesl has been a certified Sound Bowl Healer for over a year and she loves it! She started her journey in the energy healing world when she and her husband were going through some pretty terrible infertility issues and what becoming a mother changed mentally for her. She has found true healing in it, loving herself and who she is as a mother now.

She has always understood and enjoyed music since she was a little girl. She was always singing in choir and played in band all through my school career. Sound bowls felt so comforting and second nature to her. She takes pride in her sound baths, they are not only relaxing but also healing. Marrying everything that she learned with energy work and putting that into her sound practice. She loves being able to share her practice! 

Liesl will play her sound bowls for us Friday evening. I'm so excited for everyone to experience this!!

Hello Vital Beings 💖 I hope you are doing well! Can you believe it?! Only 17 days left until our retreat! I am very much looking forward to meeting/seeing you soon.  I have another exciting addition to our lovely weekend. This comes very timely being as I had an unusual event happen to me on Friday evening/morning. I was certain that I was "awake" but my body didn't let me move. I felt lucid but could not "control" the scene in my "dream". I was aware of the situation happening but couldn't do anything about it, and oh was I trying! I was certain that there was a tube of water flowing into coffee mug that was my night stand (I had tea before bed). I was trying to move the tube to another cup so the one cup didn't over flow onto my night stand, but, my actions were very limited and restricted. INTEGRATION - Savasana

 Hello Vital Beings 💖 WOW! How has it been TWO WEEKS since our retreat? What an amazing weekend that was! Thank you so much for trusting me to create this experience for you. I'm incredibly honored and grateful.  I apologize for my delay with this message. I have been thinking about you all and have wanted to connect over these past couple weeks. In yoga we call this Savasana. Our final resting pose is where we integrate and assimilate the work that we have done in our yoga practice.
