I've Been a Thousand Different Women
Dear Vital Beings 💓
Ladies, please forgive me for not making space to follow up
as I intended. I hope you are doing amazingly well.
As we closed our or last yoga practice after Savasana on Sunday, I played a
song called "I've Been A Thousand Different Women" by Emory Hall and
Trevor Hall.
It is a powerful song. Intuitively, I felt that it resonated
with most of you. I was so overwhelmed (in a good way) with amazement and gratitude, and honor,
to have created a safe space for each of you over the weekend, I had broken
down in tears. This was a sacred time for me that I will forever remember.
THANK YOU for trusting me to create this experience for
you.
As Emory had said in her song:
Make peace
With all the women you once were
Lay flowers at their feet
Offer them incense and honey, and forgiveness
Honor them and give them your silence
Listen
Bless them and let them be
for they are the bones of the temple you sit in now
for they are the rivers of wisdom leading you towards the
sea
I've Been a Thousand Different Women.

I hope that you have been able to offer yourself GRACE as you integrate your healings from that powerful weekend.
I'm here if/when you need me. I don't want to rush the time away, but I can't wait for next year!!
Namaste,
Melanie
